Terms of delivery ( to be revised for EU and non-EU exports)

The Products purchased on the site can only be delivered in metropolitan France.

It is impossible to place an order for any delivery address located outside metropolitan France. The Products are shipped to the billing address you indicated during the ordering process, or, if applicable, to the delivery address entered.

Delivery and collection times

The delivery times below run from the validation of your order by ARBOL.

ARBOL takes care of part of the shipping costs. 

Shipping costs: 

The delivery service costs 5 euros. 

Delivery costs are free for orders of 4 or more bottles purchased on the same order.

Reception of the order 

Your parcel will be received according to the terms of the post office service, in your letter box, at your door, or in case of absence will be deposited in the post office closest to the place of delivery.
